Bill Mayville has had a distinguished career, starting with founding HR AMERICA in 1998, which he led as President until its acquisition in 1999. Before that, he was Vice President at Nova Care Employee Services, overseeing benefits for 16,000 employees. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1996 with Resource One, a company providing HR support and insurance services, which he later sold to Nova Care. Bill also served in the U.S. Army for a decade, attaining the rank of captain and earning multiple honors. Beyond his business and military career, Bill has been actively involved in community service, including roles with Workforce Florida and the City of Coral Gables.
